1. Can I purchase products not listed on the website?
We can purchase Korean products on your behalf. Customers can send us a quote via Whatsapp 54096605 or IG DM.
2. Are all the products authentic Korean products?
All products in this store are purchased by local buyers in Korea Guaranteed 100% authentic . All products are sourced from South Korea and can be ordered from the brand's official website or stores, major Korean department stores, or brand-approved websites.
3. How long does it take to transfer funds after placing an order?
The transfer must be made within 48 hours after placing the order on the website. If no payment is made after 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.
We will process your order within 1-3 working days after receiving payment.

Method 2: After completing the order, you will receive an email notification and then upload the payment confirmation information.
Except for credit card payments, we will manually confirm the order after receiving the payment, which will take about 1-3 working days.
4. When will the goods arrive?
All purchasing items require 7-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong and Korea). If the Korean supplier is out of stock or late delivery, the time required may be longer. Please be patient.
5. Can I get a refund/return?
Only out of stock Refunds are available for certain products , but no refunds will be given for other situations.
