• Purchased items: will be shipped within 7-21 business days after the order is confirmed. If there is a delay in shipment or delivery due to the Korean manufacturer, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. If the Korean website is out of stock, a refund will be arranged!

There are no refunds or exchanges for all orders.
We do not offer exchanges unless the manufacturer is out of stock.
If you have successfully placed an order but the Korean brand is out of stock and cannot be shipped successfully, we will refund the full amount of the product and the remaining products will be shipped as usual without refund.

* Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, the style cannot be changed even if the product has not been shipped.
•Products will be shipped only after inspection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to size or style reasons.

1. If there are any product defects, please take photos and report them within 3 days of receiving the package. We will not accept reports submitted after 3 days. Thank you for your understanding.
2. When replacing defective products, the products must be kept intact.
3. If the product is defective, the original product will be replaced, but the style will not be changed. The replacement time for defective products is about 14 days.
Definition of non-product defects: Product color difference, wrong size, different from what you expected, too many loose threads, zipper that is difficult to pull, new product smell, and residual glue on the shoes are all non-defective replacement criteria.

Postage to Taiwan/Macau/Singapore is payable by SF Express on delivery, and shipping is free for orders over 4 pieces.
Customs duties for overseas orders must be paid by the customer.
