- Purchased items: will be shipped within 7-21 business days after the order is confirmed. If there is a delay in shipment or delivery due to the Korean manufacturer, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. If the Korean website is out of stock, a refund will be arranged!

There are no refunds or exchanges for all orders.
We do not offer exchanges unless the manufacturer is out of stock.
If you have successfully placed an order but the Korean brand is out of stock and cannot be shipped successfully, we will refund the full amount of the product and the remaining products will be shipped as usual without refund.
