除非因廠商缺貨，否則我們不設換貨。
如有成功下單貨品但韓國品牌缺貨而未可成功出貨，我們會全數退款該貨品，其餘貨品會如常寄出不設退款。

* 一經付款及確認訂單，即使貨品仍未寄出，亦不能轉換款式。
•貨品經檢查後才會發貨，恕不接受因碼數或款式原因退換。
* 尺寸為人手量度，有機會有約1-2cm偏差請見諒。
1.如有商品瑕疵問題，請於收件3日內拍照來信反映，超過3天恕不受理，敬請見諒。
2.商品瑕疵更換須保持商品完整。
3.瑕疵會更換原商品，但是不換款式。瑕疵更換貨品來回約14天左右。
